At CTRL Cairo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all CTRL Cairo security tags and packaging intact.

• 3.
  Courier Pickup

  Once approved, we will dispatch a courier to your location within 3-5 business days to collect the item.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After receiving and inspecting the item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed via the original payment method or store credit.
